Warren Bumpus brings more than three decades of collegiate baseball officiating experience to United Collegiate Umpires. A former NCAA Division I Regional umpire, Warren has spent the last nine years serving as a UCU evaluator across all levels of college baseball. Based in Upstate New York, he evaluates umpires throughout the spring and summer seasons, providing coordinators with meaningful video analysis and written assessments to support assignment decisions and professional development.
Warren is passionate about helping umpires improve their craft, advance their careers, and consistently meet the high standards established by the NCAA and UCU.
