United Tri-State Umpires (UTS) serves amateur baseball organizations throughout the Tri-State region (New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania), providing trained, accountable umpires who uphold the values of professionalism, consistency, and integrity. Founded in 2022, UTS was established to strengthen officiating standards at the regional level while creating meaningful development opportunities for umpires.
UTS is built on a year-round commitment to education and support. Through training, evaluation, and mentorship, we help umpires develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed across multiple levels of competition.
As part of the United Umpires family, UTS benefits from shared resources, leadership, and a unified philosophy centered on Umpires Advance United. This structure ensures regional partners receive officials who meet consistent standards, while umpires gain access to a clear pathway for growth and advancement.
