In his role as Talent Scout and Pipeline Developer, he oversees the scheduling of all summer collegiate baseball while building a sustainable development pipeline—from youth showcases through postseason competition. By bridging the needs of conference coordinators with the aspirations of rising umpires, Rudy ensures that every game assigned by United Umpire is staffed by the best officials in the industry.
