Donnie Smith serves as the Site Supervisor for the Senior Division at Grand Park in Indianapolis, where he oversees the evaluation and professional development of seasoned officials. As a cornerstone of the training program, Donnie also serves as a Field Curriculum Director across the United brand. He is dedicated to building strong professional relationships and to providing personalized mentorship that helps every umpire under his guidance reach their specific career goals.
