Brian deBrauwere serves as the National Director of Training for United Umpires, where he directs the educational programs and technical standards for one of the largest officiating organizations in the country. A veteran of the NCAA Division I College World Series, Brian brings a wealth of elite-level experience to his role as the organization’s lead instructor.
In his capacity as National Director, Brian is the architect of the Training Curriculum, a comprehensive program designed to move officials through a structured developmental path. His teaching emphasizes the "Three Pillars of Officiating": deep rule knowledge, precise field mechanics, and elite game management.
Under his guidance, United Umpires has set a new benchmark for official development, utilizing modern technology and video analysis to ensure that every umpire on the roster is prepared for the highest level of competition.
